Often, creation of a business solution is an iterative process. Even after you have
specified and “signed off” your requirements, new ideas or new developments may
crop up, tempting you to alter your requirements. Sometimes, when you actually get
to see the solution prototype, you may think of a better alternative.
The traditional software project execution models are fundamentally restrictive
in their approach. The solution provider expects you to “know” your requirements
and any subsequent changes need to go through a time consuming and expensive “change
request” process.
